Project Overview
Waterproofing works at one of Lahore's landmark five-star hotels, completed directly for PC Hotel while the property remained in operation.
Challenge
A continuously occupied hotel meant works had to be phased around guest areas, with no tolerance for leakage above rooms and public spaces.
Solution Provided
Surfaces were scraped clean of previous treatment, depressions were filled with premix, and a seamless waterproofing system was built up in coats and finished with sand blinding.
