Bitulux (SB) + Polymaster System
Reinforced membrane system
This system combines Bitulux (SB) with Polymaster reinforcement. The reinforcement is embedded into a tacky sticking coat and covered by a further Bitulux coat, producing a reinforced waterproofing membrane.

Application Process
Surface preparation
Prepare the surface as required by its condition.
Cleaning
Remove dust, loose material and contamination.
Crack and joint repair
Repair cracks and joints where required.
Crack reinforcement with Polymaster
Reinforce cracks with Polymaster where specified in the specification.
Sticking coat
Apply a sticking coat of Bitulux (SB).
Polymaster application
Apply Polymaster while the sticking coat is still tacky.
Next Bitulux coat
Apply the next coat of Bitulux (SB) over the Polymaster.
Sand blinding / final treatment
Apply sand blinding or the final treatment as specified.
