Cold-applied polymer modified bitumen emulsion system
The Bitulux (SB) system uses a polymer modified bitumen emulsion applied directly to a prepared surface. After drying it forms an elastic, flexible, seamless and tough coating. The system is cold applied, with no heating required during normal application.

Application Process
Surface cleaning
Clean the surface so it is free of dust, loose material and contamination before application.
Crack and joint filling
Fill and repair cracks and joints where required by the surface condition.
Application of Bitulux (SB)
Apply Bitulux (SB) by brush, trowel or spray according to the technical documentation.
Sand blinding / finishing
Apply sand blinding or the specified finish where applicable to the system.
